HSBC ponders three-day office policy for all employees

HSBC is considering tightening its hybrid policy by requiring all staff to come into the office three days a week.

In what would be the latest in a line of more prescriptive policies by banks on return to office rules for their employees, the UK lender is pondering a global mandate of three days a week for its 211,000 staff in a bid to add consistency to its operations, according to the Financial Times.
