A City worker has vowed to no longer spend all day on Zoom after suffering a heart attack, resulting from overwork and stress.

“I’ve since made the following decisions whilst I’ve laid here, on the basis I don’t die,” wrote Jonathan Frostick, regulatory and compliance lead at HSBC, in a LinkedIn post about his 11 April ordeal.
