Patricia Hudson, the former head of the transport group at HSBC Investment Bank, is joining Deutsche Bank. She decided to move after HSBC told her that it was to appoint a co-head to run the transport team.

Hudson was highly respected for her execution work in rail privatisations, in deals involving her major client, Stagecoach, and for her involvement in private finance initiative projects - especially on the London Underground.
