Hybrid debt chief leaves RBS

The head of Royal Bank of Scotland's London-based hybrid debt business has left after three years spent building the group's capital franchise in Europe.

Veenay Chheda, formerly a director in RBS' hybrid capital structuring business, joined the bank from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in July 2003. He reported to Shazi Azim, head of capital advisory and structuring.
