IAM head of research will not be replaced

Jaakko Karki, head of research at International Asset Management (IAM), the multi-strategy hedge fund firm, has left for personal reasons.

He will not be replaced, according to Alan Djanogly, founder and director responsible for investments. "In the past year, we have added three professionals with PhDs to the now 18-strong research team, which is why we will not replace Karki," he said.
