The former European head of electronic brokerage at Icap has joined Euronext.liffe as head of business development and strategy, as NYSE Euronext looks to expand its London-based futures and options arm.

Garry Jones joined the exchange earlier this month from Icap where he was the chief executive of the inter-dealer broker's electronic broking division in Europe.
