Citigroup has expanded its automated derivatives platform after signing a deal with Orc Software, an advanced trading systems provider. From next week, all customers with Orc's technology will have access to Citibank's derivatives system. The agreement will offer Orc users access to 40 of the largest brokers in Europe including UBS Warburg, Merrill Lynch and HSBC Trinkaus.
