Close Finsbury Asset Management in the UK has hired Nigel Barnes as a director from Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM) where he was head of UK retail sales. At Close Finsbury, Barnes will be responsible for the firm's open-ended funds. Prior to DeAM, Barnes spent five years at Scottish Equitable as a business development manager.
