The board of directors of Frank Russell has appointed Craig Ueland, currently the firm's chief operating officer, to the positions of president and chief executive officer.

Mike Phillips, who is chairman and CEO, will continue in both positions until the end of the year when Ueland will become CEO, but will keep the role of chairman. Ueland will become a member of Russell's board of directors at the beginning of July, when he takes over as president.
