Mercer Investment Consulting has been appointed to provide investment consulting services to the Northern Ireland Central Investment Fund for Charities.

The fund aims to give charities the opportunity to invest all or part of their assets with the benefit of expert supervision and economies of scale. It is managed by the Department for Social Development through third-party fund managers and has over £17m (€25m) in assets under management. Mercer will be responsible for monitoring investment performance review and fund manager review.
