Merrill Lynch Investment Managers has appointed Marcus Sperber as a fund manager in its property team.

Sperber was formerly head of property development at Ashtenne, an industrial property specialist. He will report to Adam Kerr, a director in the MLIM property team, which has seven dedicated fund managers and manages £1bn (€1.6bn) for retail and institutional investors. The MLIM property fund is now open to non-exempt domestic and overseas investors.
