In brief: SG hires Oudiz/Lovells recruits Jones/Kohls joins BofA

SG Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB), the investment banking arm of French bank Société Générale, has hired Gilles Oudiz as a senior banker to focus on developing relationships with French clients.

He will be Paris based and report to Patrick Soulard and Jean-François Sammarcelli, co-heads of the bank's corporates and institutions division. Oudiz joins after more than five years with Clinvest, the mergers and acquisitions subsidiary of Crédit Lyonnais, which was acquired last year by Crédit Agricole. He was a managing director and a member of the board. He has also worked in Paris and London at Paribas, now part of BNP Paribas, and Swiss Bank Corporation, now part of UBS.
