Watson Wyatt has appointed Philip Brook to replace Nick Dumbreck as its global practice head for insurance and financial services consulting.

Brook was previously head of Watson Wyatt's international insurance and financial services consulting business outside the UK. Dumbreck is moving back into a full-time consultancy role. Watson Wyatt has a policy of limiting tenure of senior management positions to six years.
