Indiana pension scheme puts $165m in private equity

The $16.1bn (€12.4bn) Indiana Public Employees' Retirement Fund has committed an additional $165m to four private equity firms as part of its plan to boost alternative investment allocations.

The pension scheme has invested $45m to Horsley Bridge International Fund IV, a European and Asia-focused venture capital fund. Indiana also allocated $50m to Terra Firma Capital Partners III, a European private equity fund, and $50m to Greenpark Capital Fund III and IIIS, a private equity fund of funds. The pension also committed $20m to PACVEN Walden Ventures VI, a US and Asia focused tech venture capital.
