Industri Kapital exits Finland's Noviant

Industri Kapital, the Swedish private equity group, has exited its majority stake in Finnish chemicals group Noviant via a trade sale to to J M Huber, a US chemcials supplier.

Michael Rosenlew, director at Industri Kapital, declined to say how much Industri Kapital had sold its stake for or what the internal rate of return on the investment was. But he said that, given that Industri Kapital only held its stake in Noviant for just over four years, &quotit has been a very good investment&quot for the company.
