Mid-market buyout house Inflexion Private Equity has added a new partner to its ranks, rounding off a busy six months for the firm.

Inflexion has promoted Richard Swann from investment director to partner with immediate effect, with managing partner John Hartz praising "his significant contribution to the team over many years".
