ING Financial Markets has bolstered its hedge fund group with the appointment of Angela Bruce, formerly of Morgan Stanley, as a sales trader.

At Morgan Stanley, Bruce was a trader in risk and merger arbitrage, and a sales trader for the bank's hedge fund clients. Previously she was a trader for the bank's private wealth management division and small institutions team.
