ING has recruited Nikolai Khalko and Dmitry Krassilnikov in its debt capital markets team to focus on Russian debt origination.

Khalko and Krassilnikov will be based in Moscow, in line with ING's strategy of having local offices around Europe to improve its understanding of regions and develop relationships with potential debt issuers.
