ING Investment Management Americas, part of the Dutch financial services provider ING Group, is set to buy Delta Capital Management, a US-based large-cap value manager, in an attempt to complement its growth and core equity investment process.

Bill Coughlin, the managing partner of Delta, along with partners Jonathan Kay, Anthony Cavlov and Michael Hemberger, will all join ING as portfolio managers for the firm's institutional and high-net worth clients.
