Inmarsat to issue $375m bond to finance buy-out

Inmarsat, the UK satellite company, is set to issue $375m (€300m) of high yield bonds to refinance the $1.5bn acqusition by Apax and Permira, the buy-out firms last October.

Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston and Royal Bank of Scotland are managing the issue. The three banks arranged finance for Apax and Permira in the buy-out.
