Integra SP, a provider of trade-management systems, has bought the business and assets of Altio, a London software company that provides Extensible Markup Language (XML) solutions.

Altio's AltioLive is a platform for building and deploying real-time, interactive internet applications, and Integra SP intends to integrate it to provide a visual front-end to its trade lifecycle management system.
