Invesco director O'Malley quits following sale talk

Terry O'Malley, sales and client services director at Invesco Pensions, the defined contribution division of UK asset manager Invesco Perpetual, has resigned from the firm following its decision to review the business.

A spokeswoman at Invesco said O'Malley left because he was disappointed the company was considering merging or selling its defined contribution arm after failing to meet sales expectations.
