Invesco Asset Management has appointed Paul Waters as client service director for its UK institutional division.

Waters joins the institutional team from Fleming Asset Management's South African business, where he was chief operating officer. In his newly created role at Invesco, Water's objectives are to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of client service standards and to identify and implement its strategy to ensure the company's competitive advantage.
