Invest Europe bolsters transparency guidelines

Invest Europe, the region's private equity trade body, has published improved guidelines on the information that buyout firms should provide to their clients amid increased demand from investors for further transparency of fees and expenses.

Brussels-based Invest Europe's Professional Standards Handbook and Investor Reporting Guidelines publication encourages private equity managers to be clear about the specific fees they charge their investors as well as their portfolio companies.
