Investec, the South African financial services group, is set to move its primary listing from Johannesburg to London in late summer this year, according to a London-based Investec source.

The firm, which has been itching to move its main listing since the beginning of last year, is in the final stages of approval from the South African Ministry of Finance, said the source.
