Knowledge Support Systems Group (KSS) has hired Investec Guinness Flight for a £12m short-term liquidity management brief.

The cash balance is part of the proceeds arising from the flotation of KSS as well as its inclusion on TechMark, the London Stock Exchange's high-tech index, in March.
