InvestIT, the specialist investment management consultancy, has hired Greg Richmond, from Isis Asset Management, to its investment process and product practice.

Richmond's work will include the practical application of behavioural finance. Richmond will be working to help managers identify and improve their decision process. Richmond was director of investment philosophy and process at Isis, the investment company formed from the merger of Friends Ivory & Sime and Royal & SunAlliance.
