Investors pull $762m from emerging markets

Emerging market equity funds suffered outflows of $762m (€589m) last week on the back of fears that the US Federal Reserve will hike interest rates to keep a lid on inflation.

Global emerging market funds lost $278m, according to EmergingPortfolio.com Fund Research. Emerging Europe funds saw outflows of $350m and Latin America equity funds lost $81m.
