An Irish property investor is set to complete a €75m listing on London’s junior stock market, becoming the first real estate investment trust to float in the capital this year.

Yew Grove REIT said on Tuesday that it had raised the sum to invest in Irish commercial real estate, including mostly offices and industrial sites let to the likes of government entities and other state bodies. Shares are expected to start trading via a dual listing on London’s AIM and Euronext Dublin’s Enterprise Securities Market at the end of this week.
