A former JPMorgan banker and hedge fund founder has just led his team to complete a rare feat with a dual-listing of a property investment trust. It is the first such deal in London in eight months and the first in Dublin for four years.

Chief executive Jonathan Laredo and colleagues at Yew Grove REIT rang the bell at Dublin's Enterprise Securities Market on Friday as shares in the firm started trading. Yew Grove raised €75m in its listing. Its shares will also trade on London’s junior Alternative Investment Market.
