ISDA calls for faster automation of OTC markets

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) hopes to see the post-trade processes of all the major over-the-counter (OTC) derivative product types automated by 2005.

In a consultative paper published on Wednesday the OTC derivatives industry body outlined its plan for accelerating the pace of automation in the verification, confirmation and legal execution of OTC derivatives trades.
