Italian software firm hits back at whispering campaign

AISoftware, an Italian financial software producer, has angrily denied claims that its president broke the terms of the lock-up agreement when his company listed on the Italian Nuovo Mercato.

Francesco Gardin, president and chief executive of AISoftware, said: &quotIn order to refute certain rumours in the market, I declare to investors that I have faith and continue to have faith in our company and that my family and I didn't sell any AISoftware shares already owned before the Nuovo Mercato IPO.&quot
