Ivy hedge fund gets FSA approval

Ivy Asset Management, the $6.2bn (€5.7bn) US hedge fund firm, has been authorised by the Financial Services Authority, the UK regulator, to provide investment services in Europe, and is set to become Ivy's European headquarters.

Ivy UK will provide fund of hedge funds services to clients in Europe and the Middle East.
