JP Morgan has rehired a former executive to run its UK small and mid-cap sales team, five years after he left for Barclays.

A person familiar with the matter said James Burt rejoined JP Morgan in January as an executive director in charge of a three-strong UK small and mid-cap sales team. He reports to Ben Watson, the US bank's head of UK cash equity sales.
