Prime brokerage duo exits BAML

Salesman and capital introductions director depart US bank's London office

A managing director and capital introductions director have departed Bank of America Merrill Lynch's prime brokerage division in London, Financial News has learned.

James Orme-Smith, a managing director in prime brokerage sales, and Todd Scanlon, who was global head of capital introductions for global macro and CTA strategies, have left the bank, according to three people familiar with the situation. They left in September, one of the people said. Scanlon is listed as "inactive" on the UK's Financial Services Register, as of September 19.
