Jamie Dimon jokes JPMorgan will ‘last longer’ than China’s ruling party, warns on Taiwan

JPMorgan chief executive Jamie Dimon made a joke that the US bank would outlive China’s ruling party.

“We hope to be there for a long time,” Dimon said, according to Bloomberg. The CEO then repeated a “joke” he had made during his Hong Kong visit: “The Communist Party is celebrating its 100th year. So is JPMorgan. And I’ll make you a bet we last longer.”
