Janus Capital Group has appointed Christopher Diaz as head of global rates and John Kerschner as head of securitised products for Janus' fixed income team. Both are new positions, and will report to Gibson Smith, co-chief investment officer, fixed income. Diaz joins from ING Investment Management where he was head of the global rates group. Kerschner joined Janus in 2010 as a mortgage analyst.
