A quartet of investors who worked together at US asset manager Putnam Investments have signed up with Janus Henderson, as the Anglo-US fund manager re-staffs its emerging markets team ahead of the exit of Glen Finegan and colleagues.

Current emerging markets head Finegan, whose exit alongside Stephen Deane, Nicholas Cowley and two other colleagues was reported by trade publication Investment Week in April, is set to leave before the end of November, according to a spokesman for the firm.
