UBS has named new leaders of its M&A division globally as the Swiss lender continues to reshape its investment bank after its acquisition of rival Credit Suisse and hiring senior dealmakers from rivals.
The Swiss bank has named Jeff Hinton as global co-head of M&A, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News. He will take the role alongside Nestor Paz-Galindo, said the note from Javier Oficialdegui and Marco Valla, who co-led its investment banking business globally.
