ICE's Sprecher: 'Mifid II is a terrible piece of legislation'

Jeff Sprecher, chairman and chief executive of Intercontinental Exchange, has slammed Mifid II as “a terrible piece of legislation that imposes tremendous costs on the industry”.

At an industry conference in Chicago on Wednesday he also suggested Brexit could allow the UK. to create a more business-friendly environment.
