Jefferies has recruited a Bank of America Merrill Lynch managing director to its team of corporate brokers in London.

Tony White has joined as a managing director reporting to Philip Noblet, the former HSBC banker hired by Jefferies to lead its UK investment banking business last August. Noblet arrived as part of a push by Jefferies to generate more revenues from mergers and acquisitions in the UK.
