Countrywide returns to Jefferies Hoare Govett

The US bank’s acquisition of UK corporate broker Hoare Govett is paying off, as old ties win new mandates

Jefferies has won the corporate broking mandate for Countrywide, following an advisory role on the UK estate agent’s recent listing that it secured through its Hoare Govett connections.

A Countrywide spokeswoman told Financial News that, following its official listing on the London Stock Exchange on March 25, it was pleased to sign-up Jefferies Hoare Govett as its sole corporate broker with immediate effect.
