Jefferies has told its senior dealmakers to collaborate in order to secure bigger bonuses in a shift that the bank that has relied more on an eat-what-you-kill pay model.

The US-headquartered investment bank told its managing directors that they needed to work together in order to secure bigger compensation packages at a recent off-site meeting, the Financial Times reported citing people familiar with the matter.
