JLT Employee Benefits has appointed Margaret Snowdon OBE as an executive in its trustee solutions business.

Snowdon, who ill join at the end of January, was previously chairperson for the Centre for Retirement Reform and vice president of the PMI. She is currently a governor and member of Council of the Pensions Policy Institute, chair of the Pensions Administration Standards Association.
