UBS has bolstered its team of bankers that advise private equity firms

UBS has bolstered its team of bankers that advise private equity firms, snapping up JP Morgan Chase & Co.’s John Souza, according to an internal memo seen by The Wall Street Journal.

Souza, who will be based in New York, will join the Swiss bank in September and report to the bank's US head of financial sponsors, Matthew Stopnik.
