Celexa Real Estate Investment Management, part of SPP, Sweden's largest financial services provider, plans to enter the South African property market through a joint venture with Johannesburg-based Lyons Financial Holdings Solutions.

Lyons believes that together with Celexa it is well positioned to take advantage of increased demand for sophisticated management of institutional investors' property portfolios.
