Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, the US-based law firm, has hired Janene Waudby as a corporate finance partner in the London office.

Waudby comes from London-based law firm Theodore Goddard, where she spent 10 years and including her training. She became a partner there in 2000, and specialises in corporate finance in areas including flotations, mergers and acquisitions, take-overs, capital reorganisations and equity issues. Waudby joined Jones Day on Wednesday.
