The Alternative Investment Management Association, a hedge fund representative body, has hired Matthew Jones from law firm Simmons & Simmons as a manager in its regulatory and legal team.

Jones has been hired to help the hedge fund industry in its dialogue with regulators on legal, regulatory and tax matters globally.
