JP Morgan Chase & Co is launching the first corporate bond index to use an additional weighting based on how companies will be affected by global warming.

The JP Morgan Environmental Index Carbon Beta is based on the JP Morgan US Liquid index, which is made up of high grade corporate bonds, The Wall Street Journal reports.
