JP Morgan has found a buyer for the German and US property investment firms, TMW Immobilien and TMW Real Estate Group, after a year-long search.

Prudential Real Estate Investors, the real estate investment and advisory business of Prudential Financial of the US, will buy the two firms. TMW Immobilien is a Germany asset manager advising institutional clients on investments in international property markets. TMW Real Estate Group, part of the same business, is based in the US and analyses and acquires North American commercial properties on behalf of investors.
